About Us
At the Sticks 4470 there is no divide. Participants, managing partners, support workers and anyone who joins us are viewed as equal. We love quirkiness and people who dance to the beat of their own drum. We celebrate disability and diversity. At the Sticks we laugh with each other, support each other and look out for each other. The Sticks is a community.

Our Story
In 2018, husband and wife partnership of Katie and Craig Allen founded the Sticks 4470 in the outback town of Charleville in western Queensland. With decades of experience in the disability sector and a young son with a disability, the organisation was conceived with a vision to provide services second to none for people living remote. A quality service for people living "in the sticks".
